Isolation-memory buffer improves server and workstation outputs

The iMB01-GS02 isolation-memory buffer has four-times-greater memory capacity and twice the bandwidth of typical registered DIMMs. The buffer drives the creation of load-reduced DIMMs, enabling workstations and servers to increase the output of multicore processors. Available in ROHS-compliant, flip-chip BGA packages, the iMB01-GS02 isolation-memory buffer cost $26 for initial engineering samples.
