Description
The IN6203SM is a single chip controller for high performance SD/MMC flash cards. The controller is fully compatible with SD2.0/SD1.1 as well as MMC4.0/MMC3.3 flash memory card interface standards.
With 0.162 µm technology and built-in LDO regulator, voltage detector, power-on-reset, ring oscillator and 14/8 bit BCH-ECC engine, the IN6203SM not only provides maximum application flexibility and performance, but is also a cost-effective solution at a competitive price. The IN6203SM is the most cost-effective and power-efficient solution for card makers.
The IN6203SM can provide extremely high performance data transfer through reliable 14/8 bit BCH-ECC and fully support all SLC/MLC NAND flash chips currently on the market.
The IN6203SM supports SDHC with a total flash capacity up to 32 GB. With the compact die size of the IN6203SM, it can be utilized in any flash product, such as microSD cards.
