Description
The 13717CF 1:2 fanout is designed to support data rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. The differential inputs are on-chip DC coupled and terminated with 50 Ω resistors to VCC. The differential data outputs can be DC or AC terminated. If DC terminated, 50 Ω resistors to VCC must be used. If AC termination is desired, 50 Ω resistors to a well bypassed DC bias level must be used.
The 13717CF operates from a single +3.3 V power supply and is available in a ceramic land grid array (LGA) package or in die form. The packaged part is also available on an evaluation board with SMA connectors.
