Description
The 50716CF 1:2 limiting amplifier is designed to support data rates up to 50 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 30 GHz. All differential data and differential clock inputs are on-chip DC coupled and terminated with 50 Ω resistors to ground. The differential data outputs should be terminated off chip with 50 Ω resistors to ground.
The 50716CF operates from a single –3.3 V power supply and is available in a metal package with V connectors or in die form.
