Description
The IN8001 clock fanout is designed to support clock frequencies up to 15 GHz and data rates up to 20 Gbps. The differential clock inputs are on-chip DC coupled and terminated with 50 Ω resistors to ground. The input clock can be driven either single ended or differentially and can be AC or DC coupled. The outputs can be either AC or DC coupled into 50 Ω.
The IN8001 operates from a single –3.3 V power supply and is available in a ceramic land grid array (LGA) package. The packaged part is also available on an evaluation board with SMA connectors.
Inphi IN8001 is a functional equivalent part to On Semiconductor (On Semi) part# NB7L14M.
