Description

The 13706RZ is an NRZ-to-RZ converter capable of supporting data rates up to 12.5 Gbps.  The device’s superior edge rates, excellent eye quality, and low jitter make the 13706RZ ideal for applications such as high-bit-rate RZ transmission systems.  The 13706RZ transmits high-quality RZ data streams with output amplitudes of 1.1 V p-p and pulse widths as low as 24 ps.

The 13706RZ operates from a single –3.3 V power supply and is available in a ceramic land grid array (LGA) surface mount package.  The packaged part is also available on an evaluation board with SMA connectors.
