SANTA CLARA, Calif., November 11, 2010 – Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,800,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,020,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
